Coaching for Sustainable Change: Inner Development Goals (IDG)

True change comes from within. In 2015, the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) provided a comprehensive plan for a sustainable world by 2030. By now we know that progress is not happening fast enough, and we urgently need to increase our collective abilities to face and work effectively with complex challenges. Without a foundational shift in human values and leadership capacities, external solutions to our global challenges may be limited, too slow or short-lived.

This is why the IDG Foundation has co-created the Inner Development Goals (IDG), a non-profit, open-source initiative committed to fostering inner development towards more sustainable futures. 

Equipped with a toolkit of proven interventions and exercises, I support your organization in sustainable leadership development using the evidence-based framework of 23 skills and qualities of inner growth and development. These skills and qualites are clustered into 5 dimensions (being, thinking, relating, collaborating, acting) that help us to live purposeful, sustainable, and productive lives.

Team Retreats
