Bello & Benfatto KlG is a boutique consultancy specialized in strategy & marketing consulting, (multisensory) customer experience, training of staff in client-facing or -focused roles, and business development for purveyors of excellence and human excellence-focused brands in the luxury, cultural & creative, hospitality & lifestyle industries.

We work with international luxury brands, small- and medium-sized companies, non-profit organizations and independent artisans and creatives. We support companies across industries and geographies that aim at positioning their brand, products, services or experiences at the top level of their market.

Our name, Bello & Benfatto, is inspired by the expression used in Italy to describe the countries’ luxury and craft sector which is commonly referred to “il bello e ben fatto”, the beautiful and well-made. This underlines our passion for resonant luxury with substance and for human creativity, craft and mastery as drivers of true excellence and enduring quality.

Craftspeople are, as sociologist Richard Sennett put it beautifully, driven by the human desire to “do a job well for its own sake”. This is what the concept of resonant luxury embodies and perfectly encapsulates the core belief our consulting and training services are based on.
