What is your Executive Education Programs’ USP?
With countless management programs available, today's learners seek more than knowledge transfer and skill practice - they want inspiration, connection, and meaningful personal growth.
Coaching enhances undergraduate, graduate & executive education by developing (self-)leadership abilities through personalized development. Participants gain self-awareness, align goals with values, and improve decision-making. Tailored coaching addresses specific challenges, leverages strengths, and creates effective behavioral patterns.
This approach fosters continuous learning and adaptability - essential in today's dynamic business environment - making top programs truly transformative.
Coaching & Self-Awareness Training on Undergraduate & Graduate Level
Higher education students often face mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and stress from academic pressures. They also deal with financial difficulties, social isolation, and the transition to independent living.
Coaching can provide personalized support, helping students develop coping strategies and resilience. It offers a safe space to discuss their concerns and set achievable goals. This support can enhance their well-being, academic performance, and overall university experience.

Seminar “Master your life & leadership skills”
This course is designed for both Bachelor's and Master's level students to explore and develop their personal and leadership skills. Students will delve into their core values, motivations, and energy dynamics (e.g., by completing an IDI Individual Directions Inventory assessment).
Utilizing a multidisciplinary approach inspired by insights from psychology, sociology, philosophy, and mindfulness training, the course aims to enhance self-awareness, empathy, and leadership capabilities.
Participants will engage in a mix of lectures, guest lectures, and practical exercises, complemented by group discussions and individual reflection tasks. This course prepares students for challenges not typically addressed in traditional university curricula, equipping them with essential skills to lead a more integrated, healthy, and satisfying life while becoming effective leaders. The course format can be tailored to fit existing curricula.
